Our white water progression course is aimed at people who wish to bring a bit more style to their paddling on the white stuff, looking at making our paddling more dynamic through body movements and using features to help you move around with ease.

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Gain confidence in the grade 2 white water environment

Recap core techniques to be able to move around the river efficiently

Start to recognise features on the river, how we can use them to

our advantage to aid manoeuvres

Learn how to lead section of river safely, using appropriate signals, strategies and techniques for you and your team
