Described as the sea kayaker's paradise, and for good reason. It offers an abundance of coastlines, islands and wildlife to explore. With its sheltered waters there are no real tidal concerns, so with calm conditions it can feel like you could paddle off the end of the earth! The trip is for 3 days , but it could easily be extended to 5 or even 6 days if exploring the other islands, all of which have a lot to offer.

Explore the magical islands with endless possibilities for adventure
An abundance of wildlife to be seen, from sea and mountain
Starting off at the wonderful Achiltibuie, we have a great view across to the trip ahead showing us what adventure lies ahead. We will take a few minutes to have a chat about peoples experience, the outline of the trip, expectations and equipment. Once we have everything in order we make the short crossing to the main and only inhibited island in the cluster of the summer Isles, taking a few moments to explore the old school and post office.
Today we will assess the conditions and plan accordingly, exploring the islands, seeing wildlife and finding some beaches are the aim of the day, and with some many places to camp we have our choices to fit with our plans.
The final day, we have breakfast and have some exploring to do on our way back to the harbour at Achiltibuie, reminiscing of the great adventure we've had in the wonderful area on the west coast of Scotland.
